We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Customer Logistics & Inventory Manager to lead our inventory performance, warehouse operations and customer logistics functions across all channels.

This is a key leadership role with broad exposure across the business. Partnering closely with Planning & Logistics, Retail, Sales, Production and Customer Experience teams, you'll drive operational performance, lead continuous improvement initiatives and build capability within a growing team.

👑 Your Key Responsibilities

As Customer Logistics & Inventory Manager, you will take ownership of logistics performance, inventory integrity, warehouse operations and customer service outcomes, ensuring we consistently deliver for our customers. You'll:

  • Lead end-to-end customer logistics, fulfilment and inventory operations across Online, Retail and Corporate channels
  • Oversee warehouse operations, dispatch planning and transport provider performance to ensure service levels are consistently achieved
  • Own inventory accuracy, stock flow and warehouse performance, including stocktakes, cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
  • Monitor and improve service metrics (e.g. DIFOT/OTIF), identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions
  • Lead SLOB (Slow Moving & Obsolete Stock) management strategies to improve inventory health and working capital outcomes
  • Drive reporting, analysis and operational insights to support business decision-making
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across warehousing, logistics, inventory and customer service functions
  • Manage transport, inventory and operational costs, delivering efficiency improvements while maintaining exceptional service outcomes
  • Partner with key stakeholders across the business to optimise service delivery and operational performance
  • Lead, coach and develop a team, building capability, accountability and a high-performance culture
💼 About You
  • Demonstrated leadership experience within logistics, warehousing, inventory management, supply chain or distribution environments
  • Proven success leading warehouse operations, inventory control and order fulfilment functions within a fast-paced business
  • Strong understanding of transport management, inventory optimisation, stock control and service performance metrics
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, creating engagement, accountability and high performance
  • Experience driving operational improvement initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes
  • Commercially minded with strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
  • Confident influencing across multiple business functions and building strong relationships at all levels
  • Passionate about developing people, improving processes and delivering exceptional customer outcomes
