We are looking for an organised and proactive Planning & Procurement Coordinator to join our Operations team at Riviana. This is a site-based role where you will play a key part in keeping production running smoothly by coordinating schedules, managing inventory, and ensuring materials are available to meet demand.

About the Role

In this role, you will develop and manage production schedules, forecast raw materials and packaging requirements, and maintain accurate inventory levels. You will work closely with production, warehouse, and procurement teams to ensure service levels are met while balancing cost, capacity, and supply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage weekly production schedules
  • Forecast and plan raw materials and packaging
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records
  • Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to meet targets
  • Manage stocktakes, stock expiry and inventory variances
  • Support supplier coordination and resolve delivery issues
  • Identify risks to supply and implement solutions
  • Analyse data to improve planning and inventory outcomes

About You

  • Previous experience in planning, scheduling, or supply chain (manufacturing/FMCG)
  • Experience working with short shelf life products highly regarded
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator who can work across multiple teams
  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with data
  • SAP/MRP experience
  • Experience with inventory, warehousing, or procurement
