Uniform Group Operations Pty Ltd, Subsidiary of Uniform Group Pty Ltd, T/As Uniform Group, seeking a Supply Chain Analyst (Demand Planner) to support our growing operations by analysing supply chain performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and driving efficiency across our business.

This role is ideal for a professional with strong analytical capability and experience in demand planning, inventory management, and supply chain optimisation.

Task & responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing supply chain strategies, objectives, and operational plans to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Identify business gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities through the application of continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Analyse and evaluate current supply chain systems, processes, and organisational structures to identify areas for optimization.
  • Develop statistical demand forecasts using historical data, time-series analysis, and predictive modelling tools within planning systems.
  • Integrate commercial inputs from sales, marketing, and finance (including promotions, pricing strategies, and product launches) to refine and improve forecast accuracy.
  • Facilitate and contribute to the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, including leading demand review meetings and presenting forecast performance, risks, and opportunities to key stakeholders.
  • Manage product lifecycle planning, including new product introductions (NPI), ongoing demand adjustments, and phase-out strategies to minimise excess inventory and obsolescence.
  • Align demand plans with supply planning functions to ensure appropriate inventory levels, service targets, and production schedules are achieved.
  • Prepare proposals to revise methods, optimise workflows, and support organisational innovation and continuous improvement initiatives. 
  • Support the implementation of approved process improvements and operational changes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualification & experience

  • Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Supply Chain Management or related field
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain analysis
  • Proficiency in forecasting tools and ERP systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
