About the Role

As our Garment Technician, you will work closely with our design and production teams to ensure every garment meets our high standards for fit, quality, and construction. You will play an important role in bringing our collections from concept to production while maintaining consistency and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Measure and evaluate garment samples against specifications.

• Conduct fit reviews and provide clear technical feedback.

• Create and maintain technical specifications and size charts.

• Work closely with suppliers to achieve the desired fit and quality.

• Identify and resolve construction and production issues.

• Support the design team throughout the product development process.

• Ensure all garments meet company quality standards before production approval.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in garment technology, technical design, or a similar apparel industry role.

• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fit, grading, and manufacturing processes.

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

• A collaborative approach and the ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and team members.
