About the Role:

This role is responsible for managing our compliance, quality, and assurance systems across the business, ensuring operations meet regulatory, client, and certification requirements.

You will play an important role in maintaining our management systems, supporting audits, managing document control, and ensuring subcontractor compliance across the business.

Working closely with Business Units and key stakeholders, this position contributes to strengthening governance, consistency, and continuous improvement across Omexom/VINCI Energies

Location & Work Arrangement:

  • Based in Laverton North with travel across our other locations

  • Full time requirement to be on site

Your Role & Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain company management systems, including policies, procedures, and records

  • Ensure ongoing compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and regulatory/client requirements

  • Support subcontractor prequalification by coordinating compliance documentation and submissions

  • Monitor subcontractor compliance, including certifications, insurances, and expiry tracking

  • Manage document control processes, including version control and record retention

  • Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure actions are tracked through to completion

  • Provide assurance reporting on compliance status, audit outcomes, and system performance

  • Develop and implement quality policies and procedures across the business

  • Monitor changes to legislation, standards, and client requirements and update systems accordingly

  • Provide support and guidance to Business Units on quality and compliance requirements

What you will need

  • Tertiary qualification in Quality Management, Compliance, or a related field

  • ISO Lead Auditor qualification (ISO 9001 essential; ISO 14001/45001 desirable)

  • Experience managing quality and compliance systems within construction, infrastructure, or energy sectors

  • Experience coordinating audits, certifications, and assurance activities

  • Experience with subcontractor prequalification and compliance monitoring

  • Strong understanding of ISO frameworks and compliance systems

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Well-developed communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders

  • Ability to interpret legislation, standards, and client requirement
