Ultra high quality custom apparel, made in-house. We're an apparel print and embroidery company in Epping, Victoria, producing clothing and merch for businesses and brands across Australia, and our production team is growing.

We're hiring casual staff up to 5 days a week, with a clear path to full-time for the right people.

Experience is a bonus, but it's not a dealbreaker. We train all new team members from the ground up — what we really care about is a sharp eye for detail and someone who clicks with our culture.

What the job entails?

Screen Printing

• Loading and unloading garments on the auto press

• Mixing and matching inks to spec

• Coating, exposing and reclaiming screens

• Setting up and registering jobs on press

• Cleaning screens and maintaining equipment

• Quality control on every run

Embroidery

• Hooping garments and loading machines

• Running and monitoring embroidery jobs

• Changing threads and managing bobbins

• Trimming, backing removal and finishing

• Checking stitch quality and alignment

Heat Pressing

• Pressing transfers, vinyl and prints to garments

• Setting correct time, temperature and pressure

• Weeding and prepping vinyl designs

• Checking placement and finish quality

Picking & Fulfilment

• Picking garments and matching orders to spec

• Packing and shipping customer orders

• Booking freight and printing labels

• Keeping stock organised and accurate

General Production Floor

• Keeping the workspace clean, safe and tidy

• Restocking consumables and materials

• Helping across stations as workflow demands

• Pitching in wherever the team needs a hand
