ClickDeck is transforming how decks are built in Australia. Our engineered aluminium deck framing system allows builders to install decks up to 70% faster than traditional timber framing, while delivering stronger and more consistent results. We also sell Luxury decking and Tile surfaces to complement the innovative framing system. But ClickDeck is more than just a product. We are building a national community of builders, installers and DIY customers who use ClickDeck to create better decks. Our strength comes from the complete system we provide — including engineered build plans, project support, design tools and strong relationships with builders across Australia. ClickDeck is not a startup. We already work with a large and growing network of builders, installers, DIY customers and commercial clients across the country who regularly use our system. Our system has also been featured on major Australian renovation programs including The Block, helping introduce ClickDeck to a wider audience. As demand continues to grow, ClickDeck is entering an exciting expansion phase with new sales leadership, national reseller growth and new trade programs launching. We are now looking for an experienced and driven Brand & Marketing Manager to help grow the ClickDeck brand across Australia. Candidates must have existing Australian work rights for this position. You will take ownership of ClickDeck's marketing initiatives and play a key role in expanding brand awareness across builders, installers, DIY customers and the broader construction industry. We are looking for someone who enjoys implementing marketing initiatives and delivering measurable outcomes, not just managing agencies. You'll work closely with leadership, our sales team, and a large network of builders and installers across Australia to promote real projects and strengthen the ClickDeck brand. You will also work alongside our in-house web and graphic designer, who supports website updates and design assets, allowing you to focus on driving campaigns, brand growth and marketing initiatives. -Key Responsibilities- • Plan and execute marketing initiatives that grow the ClickDeck brand across Australia • Develop and implement marketing campaigns targeting builders, installers and DIY customers • Manage ClickDeck's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook and other platforms • Promote builder projects and installer success stories through ClickDeck marketing channels • Support the sales team with marketing materials including presentations, brochures and case studies • Coordinate email marketing campaigns and customer newsletters • Maintain and improve website content in collaboration with our web and design specialist • Strengthen relationships with builders and installers and help promote their projects through ClickDeck • Assist in organising brand presence at industry events, trade shows and home expos • Manage brand assets including uniforms, signage and marketing materials -About the ClickDeck Community- ClickDeck already has a strong and growing network of builders and installers across Australia who regularly use our system and share their projects with us. We receive a constant flow of real project photos and videos from builders, giving you plenty of opportunities to create authentic marketing content showcasing real installs and success stories. Our focus is continuing to grow two key sides of the business: • DIY customers building their own decks • Professional builders and installers using ClickDeck on projects across Australia -What We're Looking For- We are looking for someone who is proactive, creative and capable of delivering real marketing results. Ideal qualities include: • Proven experience delivering marketing initiatives that contribute to brand growth • Ability to plan and implement marketing campaigns independently • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms • Strong writing, communication and organisational skills • Ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives and priorities • High energy and motivated to help build a growing brand Candidates must have a minimum of 3-4 years of marketing experience demonstrating proven results in brand growth. We particularly value candidates who can demonstrate measurable outcomes from their previous marketing work, such as growing brand awareness, increasing engagement, or delivering successful marketing campaigns. Experience working in startups, scale-ups or growing small businesses where you have been involved in building a brand or marketing function will be highly valued. Experience in construction, building or trade-related industries is a bonus, but not essential. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of ClickDeck's marketing direction and play a key role in growing the brand nationally. Salary $80,000 – $110,000 + Super Performance bonus available based on results The upper end of the salary range is intended for candidates who can demonstrate proven experience delivering strong marketing outcomes, growing brands, or producing high-impact marketing results.
