The RoleReporting to the Brand Director, this role leads the brand and trade marketing functions, shaping strategy and delivering the annual activation plan. With a focus on Running, Golf, Football, and Sports Style, you’ll play a critical part in achieving Mizuno’s brand and commercial objectives while acting as a key leader within the team.Key responsibilities include:BRAND MARKETINGPartner with the Brand Director to define and execute Mizuno Oceania’s brand strategy.Lead all brand communications: PR, media, events, activations, and content.Drive integrated campaigns across Australia and New Zealand.Lead brand marketing teams and manage advertising/promotions budget.Measure and report brand marketing impact.TRADE MARKETINGDevelop and execute trade marketing strategy for key B2B accounts.Lead strategic account marketing, campaign execution, and in-store/online activations.Align trade, digital, sports, and commercial teams to GTM plans.Manage trade marketing budgets and co-op programs.About YouTertiary qualification in marketing, business or similar preferredExperience in the sporting goods industry is preferred; passion for sport is essential.Minimum 5 years progressive marketing experience in brand and/or trade marketing within brand, retail, or agency environments.Creative and commercially minded with a proven ability to deliver impactful marketing ideas.Strong leadership, collaboration, and delegation skills across marketing functions.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills, with outstanding attention to detail.Forward-thinking, proactive, and highly organised, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to attend weekend events as required.Available for an immediate startOnly short-listed candidates will be contacted
