Calibre Nine is seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Specialist–SEO Specialist to join our growing team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning, developing, and implementing SEO, digital marketing, advertising, and promotional strategies to support business objectives, brand growth, and sales performance
• Developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
• Advising executives and clients on advertising strategies and campaigns to reach target markets, creating consumer awareness and effectively promoting the attributes of goods and services
• Conducting keyword research, website optimisation, and SEO analysis to improve online visibility and search rankings
• Analysing data regarding consumer patterns and preferences
• Commissioning and undertaking market research to identify market opportunities for new and existing goods and services
• Conducting market research and analysing consumer behaviour, industry trends, and competitor activity to identify business opportunities
• Creating, managing, and publishing marketing content across multiple channels, including websites, social media, blogs, newsletters, and email marketing campaigns
• Coordinating the production of advertising campaigns involving specialised activities such as copywriting, digital content creation, media placement, and marketing communications activities within budget and time constraints
• Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing communication strategies to increase customer engagement and strengthen brand positioning
• Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging and digital marketing direction
• Supporting product and service positioning through analysis of target markets, pricing, and promotional strategies
• Advising on advertising strategies and campaign performance to maximise market reach and customer acquisition
• Utilising SEO tools like AHREFs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Business Profile.
• Managing project deliverables using Asana to ensure deadlines are met.
• Managing a portfolio of new and established clients.
• Developing and executing SEO strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Communicating clearly and effectively with clients, both in person and online.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of agency experience in a similar SEO or digital marketing role, or relevant work experience in marketing, advertising, or communications
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, Google Analytics, and digital marketing strategies
• Experience managing digital marketing campaigns, website content, and social media platforms
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills with a process-driven mindset
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• A customer-first mindset, with a desire to exceed client expectations
• Experience with Asana and HubSpot (preferred but not essential)
• Clear-spoken English and exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with SEO tools like SEMrush, AHREFs, and Screaming Frog.
• The ability to build rapport with clients and develop long-term, trusting relationships.
• A solid understanding of SEO best practices, including technical SEO, on-page optimisation, off-page optimization, and keyword research.
