Sardar Roadlines Pty Ltd is a growing transport, logistics, and vehicle servicing business based in Campbellfield, Victoria. In addition to operating a fleet of trucks and trailers, the company provides servicing and maintenance solutions for heavy vehicles, diesel machinery, commercial fleets, and light motor vehicles. Due to continued business growth and expansion of our workshop operations, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team.

Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 plus Superannuation


Task & responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's transport, logistics, fleet servicing, and vehicle maintenance services.
  • Conduct market research and analyse customer trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Plan, coordinate, and evaluate advertising, branding, and promotional campaigns across digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Develop and manage the company's online presence, including website content, search engine optimisation (SEO), social media platforms, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Identify and target potential fleet maintenance clients, transport operators, logistics companies, construction businesses, and commercial vehicle owners.
  • Monitor marketing campaign performance and prepare reports on return on investment, customer engagement, and lead generation outcomes.
  • Coordinate the preparation of marketing materials, promotional content, presentations, and business development proposals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, industry associations, suppliers, and business partners.
  • Recommend pricing, service offerings, and promotional strategies to improve market competitiveness and business growth.
  • Assist management in developing annual marketing plans and customer acquisition strategies.

Qualification & experience

  • Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a Marketing Specialist, Marketing Manager, Business Development, or similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong market research, analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
  • Experience managing digital marketing campaigns, SEO, social media marketing, and customer acquisition initiatives.
  • Ability to work independently and contribute to strategic business growth.
  • Experience marketing services within the transport, logistics, automotive, fleet management, or commercial services sectors.
  • Experience working with business-to-business (B2B) marketing campaigns and client acquisition programs.
