Cool Breeze Rentals is one of Australia's leading suppliers of portable air conditioning, heating, ventilation, dehumidification and restoration equipment for hire and sale.

With branches throughout Australia and New Zealand, we work across a broad range of industries, including Mechanical Services, Facilities Management, Construction, Healthcare, Major Events, Government, Mining and Flood Restoration.

We've built our reputation on providing reliable equipment, practical solutions and outstanding customer service. As the business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced marketing professional to help drive our brand and marketing activities across Australia and New Zealand.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both the creative and commercial sides of marketing.

You'll be responsible for managing and improving our marketing activities across the business, working closely with our Director, National Sales Manager, Branch Managers and operational teams.

The role covers everything from digital marketing and website management through to content creation, branding, social media, promotional campaigns, trade shows and sales support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and improve the Cool Breeze Rentals website and online presence

• Coordinate SEO and digital marketing initiatives

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across Australia and New Zealand

• Maintain brand consistency across all branches and marketing material

• Coordinate brochures, catalogues, flyers, signage and promotional material

• Manage company social media channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram

• Create engaging content, including project highlights, photography and video content

• Coordinate email marketing campaigns and customer communications

• Support trade shows, exhibitions, sponsorships and industry events

• Assist sales teams with marketing material, presentations and lead generation activities

• Continue building awareness of the Cool Breeze Rentals brand throughout Australia and New Zealand

About You

• Experience in a marketing, communications, digital marketing or brand management role

• Experience managing social media and creating engaging content

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar design platforms would be highly regarded

• Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms preferred
