About the Role
We’re looking for a talented Communications Specialist to join our friendly and collaborative team, supporting the delivery of campaigns and communications for future student audiences.

In this role, you’ll help plan and deliver student recruitment campaigns and communications across multiple channels for a defined audience segment. Working closely with a broad range of internal stakeholders, you’ll bring a strong performance and conversion mindset to deliver targeted digital marketing and communication activity that supports student acquisition, as well as key brand and reputation outcomes.

You’ll ensure communications are customer centric, aligned to the broader market activity, and delivered in line with critical campaign and business milestones. 

About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:

  • Experience in planning and implementing email marketing campaigns using an enterprise-level marketing automation platform (such as Adobe Campaign, Eloqua, Hubspot, Salesforce or Marketo). 
  • Strong organisational skills, and the ability to keep tasks, tactics and teams on track. 
  • Experience in planning and delivering customer journeys across multiple channels, including web and email, and aligning these with paid advertising campaigns.
  • Demonstrated experience in using data to improve the process and performance of communications and marketing activities.
  • Experience preparing detailed communications schedules, including briefing, editing and building on-brand communications for a range of audiences.  

Qualifications

  • A degree in communications or related fields with subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
