Make your mark in Australia’s fastest growing health technology sector

Digital and connected health is transforming how health and care is delivered in Australia – and ANDHealth is at the centre of it. We are Australia’s commercialisation engine room for digital and connected health technologies, supporting companies from idea to exit. We're looking for a talented Communications and Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help us tell that story.

The role

Join our dynamic and high-performing Corporate Affairs and Marketing team at ANDHealth and help us tell the stories and connect with our audiences as we grow Australia’s digital and connected health sector. Reporting to the Director, Communications & Marketing and Chief Strategy Officer, this is an all-rounder role where your work is directly connected to outcomes that matter.

Day-to-day, you'll:

  • Create and manage compelling content across LinkedIn, email and web to promote ANDHealth's programs, events, and cohort companies

  • Build and distribute eDMs and maintain our contact databases and mailing lists

  • Keep our websites current and optimised

  • Design marketing collateral using Canva and the Adobe Creative Suite

  • Support award submissions, media opportunities and brand-building initiatives

  • Contribute to publications, policy briefings and key messaging documents alongside senior team members

About You

You have a degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field, and at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a similar role. You also bring:

  • Excellent writing, editing and verbal skills with a sharp eye for detail

  • Confidence working across B2B digital channels, particularly LinkedIn and email marketing

  • Experience working with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and email platforms (e.g., MailChimp or similar)

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines without dropping the ball

  • Confidence using AI tools and emerging technologies – you actively explore new tools to streamline workflows and elevate the quality of your work

  • Proficiency in, or aptitude to quickly adopt tools such as Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack, Airtable, or Monday to manage, track, and report on tasks, projects, and outcomes; with a willingness to explore and expand the capabilities from the available technology stack to drive team efficiency.

  • A proactive, solutions-first mindset – you don't wait to be told what needs doing

  • The self-motivation to thrive in a hybrid working environment

Experience in health, science or technology communications is a bonus, but your curiosity and willingness to learn matter more.

Why ANDHealth?

Join our small, highly committed team that values integrity, diversity and inclusion. We offer:

  • A flexible hybrid working environment

  • A 35-hour work week, designed to support work-life balance while maintaining meaningful impact

  • Opportunities for ongoing professional development and growth

  • The opportunity to work on nationally significant programs that have impacted more than 4.1 million patients and counting

  • A great base – up to $85,000 excl super, with room to grow as you do

How to Apply

To apply, please submit:

1.      A tailored resume, and

2.      A brief cover note outlining how your experience and motivation aligns with this opportunity.

This is a full-time, fixed-term appointment of 24 months with the potential to extend.

ANDHealth is co-located at the new state-of-the-art Aikenhead Centre for Medical Discovery (ACMD) in Fitzroy, Melbourne. In-person attendance is required at events and on program days.
