The OpportunityWe are recruiting on behalf of a leading property owner and manager of a premium commercial asset in Melbourne. This is a rare part-time contract opportunity for an experienced marketing communications professional to become an integral part of the onsite team - embedded in a landmark building and working closely with tenants and key stakeholders on a daily basis.
The initial engagement is for six months with potential for extension, making it an ideal fit for a senior marketing specialist seeking meaningful, flexible work without a full-time commitment.
The Role
- Leading all marketing and communications activity for a premium commercial property, shaping how the asset presents and communicates across all channels
- Managing tenant engagement programs - building genuine relationships, coordinating events, and creating content that keeps the tenant community informed and connected
- Stakeholder management across a broad group including building management, ownership, tenants and external agencies
- Developing and executing communications strategies, campaigns, and collateral that reflect the calibre of the asset
- Overseeing the asset’s CRM platform, digital and social media channels, newsletters, signage, and any broader marketing initiatives
- Supporting the planning and delivery of onsite events, activations, and community programming
- Working collaboratively with property management and facilities teams to ensure communications are timely and accurate
About You
- Proven experience in Property Marketing, ideally in an asset marketing role for Commercial/Office or Retail assets
- Confident and polished stakeholder manager - able to engage effectively with tenants, executives, and external partners alike
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for brand and presentation
- Experience planning and delivering events or activations
- Self-directed and comfortable working with autonomy onsite
- Available to commit to three days per week onsite, with flexibility around which days and hours
