QEP Australasia is a leading home improvement specialist, partnering with some of the most recognised brands in the DIY, renovation, flooring and trade industries. We're looking for a creative, energetic and digitally savvy Social Media & Digital Communications Associate to help tell our story, grow our brands and create content that gets noticed.

Based in Dandenong South, you'll work directly with our Chief Marketing Officer and have the opportunity to shape content across multiple brands, social platforms, websites, events, EDMs and even our growing Amazon business.

No two days are the same.

One day you'll be filming content at an industry expo, the next you'll be creating a campaign for a new product launch, partnering with influencers, capturing trade demonstrations, building content for DIY enthusiasts, or analysing campaign performance.

What you'll be doing

·         Creating engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and more

·         Attending events, expos and product launches to capture photos, videos and live content

·         Writing social posts, blogs, EDMs and website content

·         Monitoring performance and helping grow our online communities

·         Working with influencers, ambassadors and industry partners

·         Managing website updates and digital communications

·         Supporting and growing QEP Australasia's Amazon presence

·         Tracking campaign performance and helping turn insights into action

·         Showcasing products, projects and brands across the DIY, home improvement and trade sectors

Who we're looking for

You're creative, organised and genuinely excited about digital marketing.

You might be a recent graduate, a marketing coordinator looking for your next step, or someone with 1-3 years of experience who wants broader exposure and real responsibility.

You'll likely have:

• Qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, PR or a related field

• Strong writing and communication skills

• Experience creating social media content

• Amazon

• Confidence using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools

• A passion for digital trends, social media and storytelling

• Great attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects

·         Experience managing or supporting Amazon Marketplace activities, including product listings, advertising campaigns, content creation and sales growth initiatives

• An interest in DIY, home improvement, renovation, interiors or trade industries would be highly regarded
