Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative and driven Marketing & Brand Coordinator to join the team part-time (20 hours per week) in Caulfield North.
This is a varied, hands-on role across digital marketing, content creation, email marketing, partnerships, and general operations. Perfect for someone who thrives in a small team and enjoys switching between creative and operational work.
Key Responsibilities Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Manage TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other Meta platforms
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content
  • Manage Shopify website updates and product content
  • Support blog writing and brand storytelling
Content Creation
  • Develop content ideas, copy, and creative briefs
  • Work with photographers, videographers, and designers
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and asset library
Email Marketing (Klaviyo)
  • Build and manage email campaigns and automated flows
  • Segment audiences and optimise performance
  • Monitor results and improve engagement
Partnerships & Marketing Support
  • Support retail partner activity (including Chemist Warehouse)
  • Coordinate community and sporting partnerships
  • Assist with new partnership opportunities
Operations & Admin
  • Use Workfront to manage campaigns and workflows
  • Support basic admin tasks and Xero updates
  • Assist with order dispatch and general office support
Skills & Experience Required
  • Experience with Klaviyo email marketing
  • Social media management experience (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills
  • Shopify or e-commerce experience
  • Highly organised and comfortable in a fast-paced team
Desirable
  • Workfront or similar tools
  • Basic design or Canva skills
  • Experience in retail, FMCG, or wellness
  • Xero or admin system experience
