As we continue to grow and evolve our marketing capability, we are looking for a passionate Brand Manager to help bring the Phoenix brand to life across campaigns, content, product launches and customer experiences. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys a blend of creativity, project management, content development and campaign execution.

The Role

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Brand Manager will play an important role in delivering brand, content, social media, PR and Go-to-Market activities for the Phoenix brand.

Working closely with the broader marketing team, sales teams, external agencies and creative partners, you will help ensure the brand is consistently represented across all channels and customer touchpoints.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple projects, bringing creative ideas to life, and contributing to the growth of a premium Australian design brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute brand campaigns, marketing initiatives and Go-to-Market activities

  • Assist in the development of brand communications, content and campaign messaging

  • Manage the delivery of marketing collateral, photography, video, animation and creative assets

  • Support social media activity, influencer partnerships and brand collaborations

  • Coordinate external agencies, suppliers and creative partners

  • Develop copy for a variety of marketing channels including websites, social media, presentations and marketing materials

  • Assist with product launches, campaign planning and brand activation initiatives

  • Ensure brand consistency across all communications and marketing outputs

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer insights

  • Support budget management and marketing reporting requirements

About You

  • 3–5+ years' experience in a brand, marketing, communications, or related role.

  • Strong written communication and content development skills

  • Experience coordinating marketing campaigns across multiple channels

  • Understanding of brand management, digital marketing, social media and PR

  • Strong project management and organisational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Confident working with internal stakeholders, agencies and suppliers

  • Relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline
