Marketing & Brand Specialist

We are an established organisation within the property sector seeking a Marketing & Brand Specialist to support the delivery of marketing initiatives across brand, communications, digital marketing and business development activities.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Marketing Coordinator looking to take the next step in their career, or a Marketing Manager seeking a hands-on role with genuine ownership and variety.

Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in strengthening brand awareness, supporting business development initiatives and ensuring a professional and consistent presence across all marketing channels.

The Opportunity

This is a broad and varied role where you will be responsible for:

• Brand management and brand consistency

• Marketing collateral, presentations and corporate communications

• Proposal, tender and submission support

• Website management and content updates

• SEO and digital marketing initiatives

• Email marketing and direct marketing campaigns

• Event coordination and industry engagement

• Social media management and content creation

• Supporting business development initiatives

• Managing relationships with external suppliers and marketing partners

About You

• 2–5 years' experience within a marketing, communications or brand-focused role

• Strong written communication and content creation skills

• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines

• Confident working across digital, print and event marketing

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• A proactive, self-motivated and collaborative approach

• Experience within property, professional services or a business-to-business environment will be highly regarded
