Job Description

Beyond supervising daily warehouse tasks, you will be expected to implement quality control techniques and evaluate cost structures to improve margins relative to revenue flow. You will act as a mentor to your direct reports, fostering a culture of cross-training and accountability through clearly defined KPIs. From overseeing ad-hoc "value-add" services to providing relief coverage for senior management, your influence will ensure the facility operates at peak efficiency.

The successful candidate will be a "Continuous Improvement" champion, constantly reviewing SOPs and work instructions to ensure the business remains competitive and compliant.
