ABOUT THE ROLE

Permanent | Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Have a passion for cars, trucks, and machinery? Join our Operations Team at Sunshine, VIC 3020! Full-time, Mon–Fri (8:30am–5:00pm). We need a reliable, customer-focused quick learner. Hands-on role, permanent position, on the go, not behind a desk.

What you will do:

• Remove plates and registration stickers safely - following company procedures.
• Catalogue assets – record details, note damage, photograph, and upload within set timeframes.
• Frame it, snap it, upload it – photograph assets and upload to our auction system quickly and accurately.
• Deliver great service – accurate stock handling and smooth buyer handover.
• Team support – help out where needed.
• Collaborate across departments – keep branch operations running seamlessly.
• Follow WHS rules – keep safety top priority.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:

• Adaptable and flexible in fast paced environments
• Highly driven and energised
• Organised with a solution focused approach to work
• Clear and effective communicator
• Able to concentrate on the more important priorities
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to learn software packages quickly
• A valid forklift licence is desirable
