We can’t achieve this ambition without dedicated, passionate employees. We’re seeking an experienced and results-driven Insurance Operations Manager to play a critical role in driving the growth, performance and sustainability of our Insurance Services business.

Reporting to the Head of Insurance Services, this role is pivotal in managing relationships across our Retailer Network and insurance partners, supporting strategic business development initiatives, and acting as the local Product Owner for our Insurance Point of Sale (IPOS) system.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with insurance partners and the Retailer Network and to support strategic growth, profitability and customer value

• Support the achievement of insurance financial targets, including penetration, revenue, profitability and operational expenditure

• Act as the local Product Owner for the IPOS system, representing market requirements and coordinating enhancements, testing, deployment and training

• Oversee and support day-to-day insurance operations, ensuring efficient processes and high service standards

• Monitor performance, analyse trends and manage local and global reporting requirements

• Lead, coach and develop team members, supporting performance management, capability uplift and career development

• Contribute to and support projects focused on operational efficiency, revenue growth and future value propositions

• Work closely with Legal & Compliance to ensure adherence to AFSL obligations, insurance regulations and internal policies

• Support audits, compliance training and governance activities across the Insurance Services function
