What’s On Offer We are seeking a Vendor Operations Team Leader to lead vendor onboarding, data governance, compliance, and supplier experience across the business. You will oversee a team of Vendor Officers, strengthen our P2P processes, and partner with Finance, Procurement, Technology, and suppliers to deliver accurate vendor records, smooth onboarding, and robust compliance.This role can be based in Melbourne or Perth, with occasional travel between states depending on location. What You’ll Do Lead and support a small team of Vendor OfficersMake sure vendor details are accurate, compliant, and up to dateOversee vendor onboarding, including EFTSure checks and approvalsHelp improve vendor‑related processes in D365Resolve vendor issues and escalations quickly and professionallyProvide training and guidance to internal teams and suppliersManage vendor communicationsAssist with vendor rebates, EDI setup, and purchasing agreement structuresWork closely with Finance, Procurement, Technology, and AR/AP teams What You'll Bring Experience in Vendor Master Data or Accounts Payable leadershipStrong understanding of P2P processes and change managementHands‑on experience with ERP systems (ideally D365)Confidence working with No PO/No Pay and 2‑/3‑way matchingA problem‑solver who can resolve vendor issues and find root causesClear communicator who builds strong relationships with vendors and internal teamsComfortable coordinating vendor communications and reportingPassion for improving processes and creating a smooth vendor experience Why Join Us?
