About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll play a key part in keeping our day-to-day transport operations between Tasmania and the Mainland running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and scheduling of deliveries to meet customer expectations

• Coordinating with drivers, operations, and administration staff

• Managing data entry with a high degree of accuracy

• Delivering outstanding customer service as a frontline point of contact

• Supporting other team members and departments as required

This role requires flexibility, including availability for overtime, weekend, and after-hours work to meet operational demands.

About You

You're someone who stays calm under pressure and gets things done. You'll bring:

• Proven experience in a planning, scheduling, or logistics coordination role

• A confident, professional telephone manner and strong customer service skills

• Excellent administrative and computer skills

• The ability to prioritise, multitask, and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment

• Strong organisational and time management abilities

• A team-first attitude with a reliable and flexible approach to work

Experience within the transport or logistics industry will be highly regarded, particularly experience with intermodal and ferry transport portals.
