Community Operations is responsible for the direction, management and operation of Victoria's Community Correctional Services (CCS) across more than 35 locations. It ensures individuals subject to CCS supervision are safely managed in the community and aims to rehabilitate individuals by addressing the underlying causes of offending behaviour.
Parole and Court Practice is responsible for providing central end-to-end oversight of the CCS service system and includes System Integrity (SI), Practice Development and Review Branch, Court Assessment and Prosecutions Services Central Unit, Statewide Community Work and Partnerships and Parole Central Unit.
SI is responsible for providing best practice interventions which aim to reduce the risk of reoffending including quality assurance systems for risk assessment and case management.

Fixed term, full time opportunity until 30/07/2027. VPS grade 5 - $116,413 - $140,849 plus superannuation.
The Case Management Practice Lead is responsible for providing expert advice to CCS staff regarding best practice case management and will contribute to the integrity, implementation and embedding of continuous practice improvement.
The Case Management Practice Lead will be responsible for a portfolio of activities, which may include:

Key QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will have:
A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline is highly desirable.
