THE OPPORTUNITY

Sweep Wright is a specialist street sweeping, water truck and industrial cleaning business with 17 staff and over 10 years delivering reliable services for — including Fulton hogan, Oceana, BMD, Symal and all the well know asphalt companies

We're looking for an Operations Manager to take full ownership of the day-to-day operation so our Director can focus on growing the business.

This is a genuine leadership role — not an assistant position. You'll own the schedule, run the crew, manage client relationships, and make the calls. If you want to be the person who runs the show, this is it.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

- Full job scheduling and crew dispatch — you run the board every day

- Direct supervision of 15+ field staff — accountability sits with you

- All day-to-day client and contractor communication, including Tier 1 principals

- Fleet serviceability — coordinate with the workshop to keep machines running

- Safety and compliance — toolbox meetings, pre-starts, incident management

- Monthly all-staff toolbox meetings — you run them independently

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

-Preview experience in civil, construction services, or heavy transport operations

- Direct experience working alongside Tier 1 contractors — you know how they operate

- Proven track record managing field-based crews of 10 or more

- Someone who solves problems before escalating — not the other way around

- Heavy vehicle licence (MC/HR) and White Card — preferred, not mandatory

THE ROLE AT A GLANCE

Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 + Superannuation + Car + Fuel Card

Bonus: Up to $20,000 per year based on performance

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm

Location: Campbellfield VIC 3061

Start: ASAP
