About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & Import/Export Assistant to join our team. This role will support the company’s daily operations, franchise purchasing activities, and import/export logistics while maintaining effective communication with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on franchisee purchase orders and procurement requirements

• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth import and export operations

• Assist with shipping documentation, customs clearance, and logistics arrangements

• Conduct routine store visits and provide operational support

• Monitor store compliance with company operational standards

• Maintain effective communication with management, colleagues, and external stakeholders

• Prepare reports, maintain records, and perform administrative duties

• Undertake other tasks assigned by management

Requirements:

• Previous experience in import/export, logistics, trading, or a related field preferred

• Familiarity with shipping, customs clearance, and international trade procedures

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Self-motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Need a valid driver's license

• PR or Australian Citizen
