Arova Kitchens & Bathrooms is a Melbourne-based retailer and e-commerce business with three showroom locations and a growing online presence.
We are looking for a Sales Operations Assistant to support the systems, data and processes that help our sales team perform at their best.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with systems, data, reporting and process improvement. You may come from a Sales Administration, Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, Operations Administration or similar background and be looking to develop broader business operations skills.
About the RoleAs a Sales Operations Assistant, you will help ensure our CRM systems, reporting processes and sales operations run smoothly.
You will work closely with management and the sales team to support business systems, maintain data quality, coordinate operational activities and assist with process compliance.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is organised, detail-oriented and comfortable learning new technology.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the day-to-day operation of our CRM platform
Assist with sales pipeline setup and maintenance
Monitor CRM data quality and identify data issues
Investigate and follow up system integration or synchronisation issues
Liaise with third-party software providers when required
Support sales staff in the effective use of CRM tools
Assist with testing new CRM features and workflow improvements
Monitor the ongoing operation of sales reporting and KPI systems
Verify the accuracy and completeness of key business data
Investigate and escalate data discrepancies and anomalies
Support management and sales teams with data and reporting requests
Assist with testing and validating automated reporting processes
Coordinate sales training and assessment activities
Publish product, process and operational updates
Review submissions for completeness and compliance with existing procedures
Assist with monitoring process execution and operational compliance
Maintain sales resources, training materials and knowledge documentation
Support the sales team with access to information, tools and resources
Assist with maintaining SOPs and operational records
1–3 years’ experience in Sales Administration, Sales Support, Customer Service, Operations Administration or similar roles
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Good logical thinking and problem-solving ability
Comfortable working with systems, data and reports
Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to learn new software and business systems quickly
Experience with HubSpot, Shopify, CRM systems or reporting tools will be highly regarded but is not essential.
