We’re looking for a hands-on Operations Supervisor to take ownership of the day-to-day operations that keep our Australia business running smoothly.
This is a broad, high-impact role where you’ll run the “engine room” of the business – covering order processing, logistics, inventory, office operations, systems, and continuous improvement. You’ll lead a small team and play a key role in ensuring our customers, internal teams, and external partners are supported every day.
If you enjoy variety, responsibility, and getting things done in a fast-moving environment, this role will suit you well.
What this role is about
You will own and coordinate end-to-end Australia operations, ensuring the business runs efficiently, accurately, and in line with global standards.
This includes everything from making sure customer orders are processed correctly, to keeping inventory accurate, managing office operations, and improving how systems and processes work.
You’ll be the person who keeps things moving, solves operational issues quickly, and continuously improves how work gets done.
What you’ll be responsible for
Core Operations
Sales order processing and customer fulfilment coordination
Logistics coordination and 3rd party warehouse management
Inventory control, stock accuracy, and stocktake execution
Operational issue resolution and escalation handling
Office & Administration
Office administration support including invoice processing and vendor management
Office operations such as maintenance, renovation coordination, and event organisation
Ensuring smooth day-to-day office functionality
Systems, Assets & Process Improvement
ERP and operations systems support and workflow coordination
Fixed asset management, tracking, and reconciliation
Localising HQ processes and policies, and developing Australia SOPs where needed
Driving continuous improvement across systems, processes, and ways of working
Supporting implementation of HQ-led operational projects locally
Budget & Vendor Management
Supporting operations budget tracking and cost control
Managing key operational vendors including logistics and service providers
Identifying opportunities for efficiency and cost improvement
Team Leadership
Lead a small operations team (Business/Service Coordinators, Warehouse Operator, Operations Specialist, Admin Specialist)
Provide clear direction, hands-on coaching, and support performance and accountability
Build a strong culture of ownership, teamwork, and continuous improvement
About you
You’re someone who enjoys being close to operations and takes pride in making things run better every day.
We’re looking for someone who has:
Experience in Operations Supervisor / Team Leader / similar hands-on role
Strong exposure to end-to-end operations (logistics, admin, systems, inventory, vendor management)
Experience in medical devices, healthcare, logistics, or regulated industries (preferred)
Confidence using ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and strong Excel capability
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Strong problem-solving mindset with a bias for action
Comfortable working across both office and warehouse-related operations
Collaborative, proactive, and accountable leadership style
Why join us
This is a true end-to-end operations ownership role where you will directly influence how efficiently the Australia business runs every day.
You’ll be trusted to:
Run critical daily operations
Lead a capable and diverse team
Improve processes and systems
Make a real impact on service quality, efficiency, and customer experience
No two days are the same – and your work will be visible across the entire business.
