Radiology Victoria is part of the Sonic Healthcare group, providing excellence in radiology to both Epworth Hospital locations and the wider community.
We employ approximately 330 highly skilled radiologists, imaging technologists and support staff, across hospital and community departments.

Radiology Victoria invites applications for the role of Site Operations Manager to lead the day to day operations of our clinic located in Ashburton, which opened in early 2025 and has a growing reputation for excellent patient-focussed care.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Site Operations Manager role is accountable for providing excellence in patient care, positive leadership and resource management in a safe and supportive working environment.
Responsibilities of the role include:
· To lead and develop a committed team to provide high level technical skills, patient care and customer service, enabling the delivery of an excellent radiology service
· Leading by example, support and develop a culture of positive engagement which is based upon Sonic’s values and expected behaviours
· To be accountable for the operational and financial success of Radiology Victoria at Ashburton
· To collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support the provision streamlined workflows
· Provide assistance and support to the Managing Radiologist, Chief Operating Officer and other Site Operations Managers in ensuring the delivery of safe patient care through compliance with radiation safety guidelines, Diagnostic Imaging Accreditation Scheme (DIAS) standards, National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards and other relevant standards and legislation.
Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will:
· Be experienced with current Radiology best practices and workflows with an emphasis on delivering a highly effective and efficient service, with a professional background in Radiography or related field
· Demonstrate a history of excellence, strong work ethic and leading by example in your chosen field
· Be an experienced people leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Have the ability to be highly accountable for assisting in the development of - followed by the effective implementation and monitoring of - operational goals and plans
· Have a strong understanding of the service delivery models within the private healthcare radiology sector
