An opportunity now exists for an experienced Office & Operations Manager to join the business and play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operation of the organisation.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Directors, this is a broad and hands-on role that plays a critical part in the day-to-day operation of the business.

Acting as a central point of contact across customers, suppliers, technicians, project teams and management, you will take ownership of a wide range of administrative and operational functions that contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the business.

A key part of the role involves managing customer enquiries and service requests, ensuring a high standard of service is maintained.

With significant autonomy and scope to contribute, this role offers the opportunity to make the position your own while identifying improvements, creating greater structure and implementing more efficient ways of working across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day administration and operational activities of the business.

  • Ensure the highest standards of customer service and quality are met.

  • Manage customer enquiries and service requests, ensuring a high standard of service is maintained.

  • Manage service administration, preventative maintenance programs and sales administration activities.

  • Oversee project, operational and financial administration activities, including invoicing and business documentation.

  • Support purchasing, supplier administration and operational requirements across the business.

  • Maintain compliance, safety, training and operational documentation.

  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve systems, processes and operational efficiency.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Previous experience in office management, administration or operations coordination.

  • Superior customer service and relationship management skills.

  • Excellent time management, attention to detail and organisational skills.

  • Strong work ethic, integrity, honesty and commitment.

  • A proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Strong systems capability and confidence in learning new technology.

  • The ability to work independently, take ownership and follow through.

  • Experience within a trades, construction, manufacturing, or service-based environment will be highly regarded.

Experience with Tradify, MYOB, project administration, compliance administration or social media management will be viewed favourably.
