We are Australian owned wholesale supplier of Window Furnishing fabrics and components with over 70 years of experience delivering quality products across Australia & New Zealand. Due to continued growth, we are creating a new position for a dedicated Group Operations Support person and are looking for reliable team member to join the Group Operations team.

About the role

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Operations Team Member to join our Operations Team

Hours of work: Flexible for the right person

Days: Monday to Friday

The Group Operations team work on stock control, logistics, warehouse systems and continual improvement across all these areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting warehouse teams across Australia and New Zealand to streamline and improve their processes and systems

• Assisting warehouse teams across Australia and New Zealand with logistical support

• Assisting warehouse teams across Australia and New Zealand with stock control including cycle counts and stock takes

• Working to utilise and implement IT systems to make all areas of Operations more efficient

• Project management of efficiency and operations projects for improvement

• Monitor and facilitate WH&S systems and processes

• Building strong knowledge of products and operations

• Work across other businesses in the group in all of the above areas

About you:

• Hi level of IT knowledge including working with ERP's and WMS systems

• Minimum 2 years previous Operations experience

• Excellent communication skills verbal and written

• Strong attention to detail and demonstrated continual improvement background

• Able to work independently

• Can positive and can-do attitude

• Must be able to read and write in English

• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
