ABOUT THE COMPANY

Marvel Slabs is a growing group of companies that specialises in high volume residential house slabs for major builders across Melbourne and surrounding suburbs.

Due to recent company growth, we are seeking two Operations assistant's to join our friendly team based in Lynbrook, one member to join our earth moving team and another member to join our concrete scheduling team.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is responsible taking bookings for some of Melbourne’s leading builders and providing associated administrative support.

Key responsibilities:

• Booking various phases related to concrete slab installation  

• Liaising with various contractors and suppliers

• Managing rescheduling of inspections and deliveries 

• Maintain database of works including adding documents and data to operations system

• Proactively follow up bookings to ensure they are job ready

• Distribute information to stakeholders at each phase of the projects

• Reschedule jobs as required

ABOUT THE PERSON:

This role would ideally suit someone who:

• Enjoys a fast-paced role with excellent time management skills

• The ability to problem-solve, use initiative and take ownership for work

• Someone who can multi-task and is not afraid to shout out for help

• Great organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

• Thrives in a team environment but can work autonomously

• A background in the building and construction industry would be well regarded

• Traineeship would be considered for the right person
