About the roleWe are seeking a Manager, People Operations to lead the delivery and continuous improvement of our core People & Culture operational services. This role is responsible for ensuring our people processes, systems and services are efficient, compliant and deliver a consistent, high‑quality employee experience across the full employee lifecycle. Reporting to the Chief People & Culture Officer, you will lead and develop a small People Operations team and work closely with leaders across the business to deliver practical, high‑quality P&C services and embed key initiatives into business‑as‑usual operations.
