An outstanding opportunity for a driven commercial property professional to manage and grow a sales and leasing portfolio, working with high-quality clients, and earn strong commission-based rewards in a supportive, high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and secure new commercial sales and leasing listings
  • Prospect, negotiate, and close commercial property transactions
  • Conduct property inspections, presentations, and client meetings
  • Manage the full sales and leasing lifecycle from appraisal to settlement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, investors, buyers, and tenants
  • Prepare market appraisals, proposals, contracts, and sales documentation
About You
  • 2–5+ years’ experience in commercial real estate sales and/or leasing
  • Proven ability to generate new business and close deals
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and self-managed
  • Professional presentation with a client-focused approach
  • Victorian Real Estate Licence or Certificate (essential)
