About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Leasing Coordinator to support the efficient operation, administration, and performance of KOR’s leasing fleet and sales activities. This role is central to ensuring smooth commercial processes, strong customer relationships, and effective lifecycle management of our fleet assets as we continue to expand and deliver on our strategic growth objectives.

The Leasing Coordinator will work closely with Finance, Sales, and Operations teams to oversee contract administration, maintain compliance, coordinate audits and maintenance activities, and support fleet utilisation and performance. This is a dynamic role suited to a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Under guidance administers all Sales, Lease, Lease with Option‑to‑Buy, and Lease‑to‑Buy agreements.

  • Ensure all payments including sales, lease, training, and maintenance fees are received in full and on time.

  • Ensure lease contracts are current, accurately maintained, and appropriately stored with equipment records.

  • Support the Sales Team with the preparation of lease / sales contracts when required.

  • Coordinate and document regular audits to monitor leased equipment usage, condition, and compliance.

  • Confirm and record that all equipment is maintained to a fit-for-purpose standard.

  • Coordinate with Operations to support scheduling of servicing, inspections, daily checks, and other maintenance activities.

  • Support the Finance & ICT Manager with monthly reporting on the financial and operational performance of the leasing fleet.

  • Provide administrative assistance for equipment auditing, business development activities, and other leasing‑related initiatives.

About You

You will thrive in this role if you bring:

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

  • Confidence working collaboratively across multiple teams and possess excellent communication skills.

  • Experience in contract administration, leasing, or equipment management (preferred but not essential).

  • A proactive approach to problem‑solving and customer service.

Skills & Experience
  • Tertiary qualifications or significant relevant experience in similar role/s

  • Fleet coordination experience with a demonstrated record of achievement working in a similar role. (Preferred)

  • Strong problem‑solving capabilities supported by strategic thinking and creative planning.

  • Proven ability to influence and build rapport with a wide range of personalities and stakeholders, including customers.

  • Able to work effectively under pressure while managing competing priorities.

  • Proficient in software applications, including strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
