Primary location is West Heidelberg, however required to work across all Holstep sites

Fixed term - Full Time

YOUR NEW ROLE:
The Facilities Officer, in conjunction with the Manager, Infrastructure will manage the day-to- day operations of Holstep Health held (leased or owned) properties, motor vehicle fleet and other key corporate assets. As part of this function, the timely delivery of maintenance services, stakeholder, contractor and project management requirements is pivotal.

The role also provides consultancy service support for the Executive Leadership Group, Senior Leadership Group, Management Leadership Group, Operational Leadership Group and staff at Holstep Health.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Ensuring Holstep Health assets are properly maintained and fit for purpose.

Provide timely support and advice via the Facilities Helpdesk

Coordination and support of Space Management

Assisting with the delivery of Infrastructure projects

Coordination of staff and contractor's security access

Processing of supplier invoices

Assist with development, review and implementation of facilities related policies, procedures and toolkits

Support the management of Holstep Health's fleet including fuel management, road tolls, infringements, servicing and cleaning

Provide general Facilities related Administrative support

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
High level of organisational, time management and planning skills

Intermediate-Advanced IT computer literacy

Partnering and interpersonal skills including negotiation, problem solving and communication
