About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, maintaining store presentation, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional customer service and assist with product selection.

• Demonstrate and sell mobile devices and accessories.

• Process sales transactions and maintain visual merchandising standards.

• Meet individual and team sales goals.

• Stay up to date with product features and promotions.

Skills and Experience:

• At least 1–2 years of retail or sales experience.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to achieve sales results.

• Knowledge of mobile technology preferred.

• Flexibility to work weekends or public holidays when required.

• Certificate III or IV in Retail, Business, or equivalent experience desirable.
