As a Receptionist, you’ll be the welcoming face and proactive voice of the agency—connecting with clients both in person and over the phone. This position blends front-desk administration with outbound client engagement, ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building and wants to grow into a client-facing sales or property management role in real estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional front-of-house experience to clients, tenants, and landlords.

• Handle inbound phone calls with professionalism and accuracy.

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, tenants, and landlords to assist with property inquiries, appointment scheduling, and service follow-ups.

• Build rapport and maintain ongoing relationships to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

• Provide administrative support to the Property Management and Sales teams.

• Maintain a well-presented reception area and uphold the agency’s professional image.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of client communication and service processes.

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.

• Prior experience in administrative or receptionist roles is advantageous.

• Confidence in making outbound calls and engaging in professional client conversations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new CRM platforms.

• Reliable, well-presented, and a strong team player with excellent attention to detail.
