What You'll Be Doing

• Managing leasing inspections, rental enquiries and applications

• Conducting ingoing, routine and vacating inspections with detailed reporting

• Supporting Property Managers and BDMs across their portfolios

• Being an essential part of a fast-moving, high-performing team

What We're Looking For

• Victorian Agents Representative Certificate

• Current police clearance

• Exceptional organisation, communication and customer service skills

• A reliable vehicle (essential — you'll be out and about)

• Resilience, initiative and a genuine eagerness to learn

• Experience with Inspection Express or Inspect Real Estate is a bonus — not a dealbreaker

• Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese? Even better
