What You’ll Do:

• Cover for portfolio managers on leave, providing seamless service to landlords and tenants
• Manage inspections, maintenance, leasing, and compliance as required
• Jump in to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and keep the team on track
• Maintain communication and strong relationships with all stakeholders

Who You Are:

• Experienced in residential property management (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
• Confident, adaptable, and excellent at building relationships
• Organised, reliable, and proactive in managing priorities
• Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate required
