Our client is one of the largest builders and developers of childcare centres and requires a person to act in an administration role for the department manager. The right Administration Assistant will be self-motivated, able to work alone or part of a team, have the ability to take on challenges, be driven, be someone who is not scared of change and most of all, be someone with a great attitude with exceptional customer service skills. Administration Assistant - Responsibilities and tasks include the following: Updating the database / Data entry Compiling marketing letters

Provide a full range of administrative & clerical support services including faxing, mail, photocopying Relieving reception You will need to display:

Excellent organisational and administrative skills Good attention to detail and able to influence others with follow up Experience working under pressure and managing conflicting priorities

Excellent personal communication and presentation skills Confidence to deal with correspondence and enquires professionally and confidentially where required Ability to work collaboratively with vendors and purchasers

Intermediate (minimum) MS Word, Excel, Console Gateway Industry knowledge regarding sale of business and freeholds in the Aged Care/Child Care Sector would be beneficial, but not essential
