The Role

• Manage a local residential portfolio based in the Inner western suburbs of Melbourne
• Maintenance coordination
• Routine inspections & condition reports
• Arrears management
• Prepare and attend VCAT hearings when required

The Perks

• $75,000-$85,000 based on experience
• No leasing!

About You

• Exceptional personal presentation
• A genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Minimum 12 months’ experience managing a residential portfolio
  (enthusiastic junior Property Managers looking to progress will also be considered)
• Current VIC Agent’s Representative Certificate
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence
