The RoleAs Customer Service Officer, you will take ownership of clients throughout the pre construction phase, acting as the key point of contact from contract through to site start.
This is a fast paced, detail driven position where communication, organisation and cross departmental coordination are critical. You will play a key role in ensuring clients feel informed, supported and confident at every stage of their journey.
