This is a rare opportunity to take full operational ownership of a high-performing retail portfolio within a premium client account; IFM Investors.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day facilities management of the centre, ensuring the asset operates safely, efficiently and in line with compliance requirements.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be visible onsite, managing contractors, overseeing maintenance programs and ensuring a high standard of presentation and performance.
You will also support:
- Oversight of WHS, statutory and essential services compliance
- Tenant liaison and issue resolution
- Management of reactive works and preventative maintenance
- Use of established FM systems for reporting and documentation
- Support the wider FM team to ensure consistent service delivery
About You
- 3-7 years' experience in a facilities management role
- Strong understanding of building services and compliance
- Experience managing contractors and service agreements
- Exposure to budgeting or capital works advantageous
- Organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership
- Excels in communicating with tenants
