Key Responsibilities
Supporting sales agents with day-to-day activities
Prospecting includes activities such as cold calling, door knocking, and distributing letters, among other methods.
Coordinating open homes and buyer inspections
Managing buyer enquiries and database updates
Preparing property listings and marketing materials
Assisting with campaign administration and vendor communication
Providing exceptional customer service to clients and prospective buyers
