About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for high-intent inbound leads who have already expressed interest in learning how property investment can help them build wealth.
This is not cold calling.
You’ll be speaking with people who have actively raised their hand and are looking for guidance. Your role is to engage, educate, qualify, and convert these conversations into qualified appointments for our Property Strategy team.
Working within a high-energy, high-performance sales environment, you’ll be supported by experienced leaders, proven sales frameworks, AI-powered tools, structured processes, and a strong team culture designed to help you succeed.
This is a role where activity, consistency, and communication drive results - and where high performers have the opportunity to achieve exceptional earning outcomes.
High performers in this role have the potential to earn $160k+ per year through an uncapped commission structure.
