Every high-performing sales team needs exceptional people behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly. We are seeking the right person to step into an important Sales & Leasing Trust Administration role within our team.

This is a highly important position within the business, supporting the smooth coordination of our sales and leasing administration, trust accounting, and day-to-day operational processes. You will work closely with salespeople, clients, solicitors and external stakeholders to ensure transactions, documentation and trust processes are handled accurately, efficiently and on time.

This role would suit someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and takes pride in creating structure in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will ideally possess:

  • Strong administration and organisational skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • Practical accounts, finance or trust accounting experience

  • A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving ability

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Confidence working both autonomously and within a team environment

  • High level computer and systems skills

Previous real estate administration, sales trust accounting or sales secretary experience will be highly regarded, however we are also open to candidates with transferable experience from banking, bookkeeping, finance or professional administration backgrounds.
