Property Leasing and Inspections Manager – Residential

Salary: A$60,000 – A$70,000 base + incentives (Up to A$90,000 OTE)

Location: Reservoir, Victoria

Love & Co is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Property Leasing and Inspections Manager – Residential to join our growing team. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in the real estate and property management industry.

This role supports the residential leasing and inspection function, working closely with senior property managers, leasing consultants, and administrative staff to ensure high service standards, compliance, and smooth day-to-day operations.

About the Role
  • Assist with scheduling and conducting routine property inspections.

  • Prepare entry and condition reports using property management software.

  • Identify, document, and report maintenance issues following inspections.

  • Coordinate maintenance requests with contractors and internal teams.

  • Support leasing activities including open homes and application processing.

  • Act as a point of contact for tenant enquiries related to leasing and property condition.

  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, leases, and tenant communications.

  • Ensure compliance with residential tenancy legislation and company procedures.

  • Work collaboratively with property managers, administration, and maintenance teams to support portfolio performance.

What You Will Bring
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Leasing Officer within the real estate industry.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Highly organized with strong time management skills and attention to detail.

  • Professional presentation and a positive, can-do attitude.

  • Willingness to learn and grow within a structured property management environment.

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with property management software is advantageous but not essential.

  • Hold, or be willing to obtain, a valid Agent's Representative Certificate.

  • Hold a current and valid driver's licence.
