With three large retail stores across Victoria, we’re proud to offer an extensive range of high quality products and to deliver exceptional, friendly customer service every day.

Qualifications & Experience

We’re looking for someone who brings enthusiasm and a great work ethic, along with:

• Experience in cake decorating (desirable)

• Previous experience in a similar retail environment

• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts from Wednesday - Saturday

• A fast learner with strong initiative and excellent attention to detail

• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be involved in a variety of day to day tasks, including:

• Operating point of sale systems

• Delivering warm, outstanding customer service

• Managing online orders, including picking and packing

• Restocking shelves efficiently and keeping displays looking great

• Merchandising and stock presentation

• Assisting with stocktakes and ordering

• Following all Food Safety and OH&S procedures
