About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in the VIC market.

This role is focused on new business development and market expansion, targeting B2B customers within the HVAC industry, with a stronger focus on commercial projects, hydronic solutions, chiller and heat pump applications, and key industry stakeholders. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships, and converting leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the HVAC market including commercial hydronic, chiller and heat pump applications.

  • Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and key project stakeholders.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets

  • Expand market presence and grow brand awareness in the region

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction

  • Maintain an active pipeline and provide regular sales reporting

Key Requirements

  • Similar B2B sales or business development experience

  • HVAC industry experience is essential. Experience with chillers, heat pumps, hydronic systems, or applied HVAC solutions will be highly regarded.

  • Exposure to commercial HVAC projects, particularly involving chillers, heat pumps, hydronic systems, or working with contractors and consultants, is highly regarded.

  • Proven track record in new business acquisition

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work autonomously

  • Full working rights in Australia
